Two hundred and sixty-one issues of Designscape magazine were published — eleven per year from February 1969 till October 1983 — by the New Zealand Industrial Design Council. It was an impressive vehicle for developing the design discourse and remains an invaluable record of a significant period of growth in the design field.

The digitised version of Design Review (29 issues between 1948 to 1954) by NZETC has proved most valuable and Designscape continues that heritage.
