Living and working on the ice, seen through historical and contemporary images and records kept by New Zealanders and other countries with a base on Antartica. What is life like and how have conditions changed? What work have scientists and others completed? How has New Zealand contributed, as the gateway to this mysterious continent?

We at Victoria University are currently digitising the Victoria University Antarctic Research Reports. Hope to have them available in a few months time.
